The Langley Secondary Baseball Academy is a unique program in which diverse students train together with the common purpose of improving their individual and team skills in baseball. The program is open to all students at all skill levels and the focus is on individual skill and team tactical development.
An exciting opportunity for female baseball players presents itself through the hard work of the provincial 14U girls' head coach Stacy Fournier and Little Mountain Little League mom Kristy Watson. In partnership with The Ball Yard at Sports Central, they bring you the Dream Big Celebration featuring BC’s finest provincial and national team players. Sponsored by Baseball BC, this female baseball showcase will feature athletes that started playing baseball in youth baseball associations just like yours and are now competing at the highest levels. Inspiration is the greatest way to garner interest, and that is exactly what we hope to accomplish through this event for the baseball youth. It is time for young female players to Dream Big in Baseball and to realize that there’s nothing holding them back. So, come out and see these women in action on Saturday, February 18th from 10am to 12pm at 2611 Viscount Way in Richmond. After the showcase portion of the day, the audience may also get to try their hand at some baseball skills. Baseball BC will be in attendance as well to provide Female High Performance Program information, so whether you’ve played baseball all your life or are new to the game, we hope to see you there!
