The Just Play Ball program is a free Grasroots initiative run by the Dugout Club in East Richmond, BC and hosted at King George Park on Wednesday's. Children between the age of 5-14 are welcome to attend and learn the FUNdamentals of Baseball.

The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
