Baseball BC is a Provincial Sports Organization responsible for the administration and development of the sport of baseball within the province of British Columbia. As part of its mandate, Baseball BC organizes grassroots camps during the Spring and Summer. Baseball BC seeks applications for a variety of coaching positions for the 2024 Camp season, including Summer Camp Head Coaches, Junior Coaches and Volunteer Coaches looking for school volunteer credits.

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
