We're thrilled to introduce a groundbreaking opportunity for passionate and talented girls to step up to the plate this Summer – the launch of our new BC Girls Girls Baseball League for 7-12 year olds! This is not just a league; it's a movement empowering young female athletes to embrace their love for baseball and showcase their skills on the diamond. We invite young teams of all skill levels to join us in this exciting journey, where camaraderie, sportsmanship, and sheer determination take center stage. Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
