2022 LMBA Umpires Wanted

Hope everyone has been well and looking forward to a “normal” baseball year in 2022. The LMBA will have 26 teams looking for umpires this year – the league is divided into three age divisions – 18+, 30+, and 45+. Although the LMBA is described as an “Adult Recreation” league, the level of play is quite competitive. Our league offers top wages, monthly payments, and our umpires are supported with a strong disciplinary process. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
