Women's Open Tryouts

Attention ladies!

Two nights of open tryouts have been scheduled in hopes to select a BC representative to compete at the Women's Open baseball tournament in Granby, Quebec in mid-July.

The dates of the open try outs are: Tryout 1 - Friday May 24th at 6:00pm at the Whalley Ballpark. Tryout 2 - Sunday May 26th at 5:00pm at the Whalley Ballpark.

These times are due to park availability as well as the coaching staff.

If you are not able to make either one of the dates, other arrangements could be made available.

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.

Manday Grooming was started by us (Evan Ward and Shon Noda) out of our mutual need for better hair products great hair products that kept up with our lifestyle. We wanted products that worked better than anything we had tried, using as may natural ingredients as possible.
