Female Selects Winter Training Program

Hitting and Pitching Clinic

 

January 6th - March 10th

Friday’s 6:30-8:30pm

 

Location is the cage at Whalley Park in Surrey

 

Coaching Staff will be Bill Beckett, Bruce Murdoch (Baseball BC Female 21U coaches) and Jamie Wolkosky        

                           

Costs are to cover facilities; we need a minimum of 5 Girls to run the clinic, if we get more we can lower the cost.

  • 5 girls the cost will be $200.00

  • 8 girls the cost will be $125.00

 

So let’s get everyone out so we can all save some money and have an awesome season!

The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
