We're looking for BC Girls League Coordinator

Baseball BC is starting an all-girls league beginning this Spring/Summer.  Many details still to be ironed out in collaboration with this new role.  Initial vision is games to played in one host site for athletes 7-12 yrs old.  All member associations are welcome to enter a team.  Until this role is filled, any & all questions can be directed to Scott MacKenzie at scottm@baseball.bc.ca or 604-586-3315, including interest to be the inaugural BC Girls League host facility or for any team entries...

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
