This week a Top 50 finalist in the MLB Fan Cave contest and he's from Vancouver, as well a winter program for girls

This week Ryan Watters talks with Wayne Bampton about the first ever winter program for U16 girls.  Players are starting to hear about what Wayne in doing in Aldergrove and want more information. 

Also Evan Wansbrough from Vancouver is a Top 50 finalist in the MLB Fan Cave search.  Evan played in the Vancouver Minor Baseball Association and is hoping for a dream come true.  Listen to him chat with Ryan, then watch his video entry and vote for him HERE.

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
