This Week In Baseball BC

This week we hear from Chicago Cubs prospect and Victoria native Jesse Hodges and the voice of the Vancouver Canadians Rob Fai.

On Friday the Canadians will hold their third annual Hot Stove Luncheon in Downtown Vancouver. A number of representatives of the Toronto Blue Jays will be attending, including President and CEO Paul Beeston and Langley native Brett Lawrie.

Jesse Hodges has had an unbelievable four months, winning silver with Team Canada in Korea at the 18U World Champions, then signing with the Cubs before coming home. Jesse tells us what he is doing in preparation of his first spring training.

The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
