Team BC 16U Win Western Prospects Event in Alberta

Team BC 16U went undefeated this past weekend, with a 5-0 record to win the 2nd Annual Western Prospects event in Saint Albert, Alberta. The event features athletes who could potentially make next year's Select team, from the four western provinces.

BC opened the event with a 10-2 win over Alberta on Thursday. That was followed up with a 10-8 win against Manitoba before a comfortable 13-3 win against Saskatchewan to complete the round robin. BC defeated Manitoba 19-0 in the semi-final and Saskatchewan 12-3 to capture gold.
