BCPBL Preview - Parksville Royals

Dave Wallace enters his 20th season as Head Coach of the Parksville Royals who begin play on April 12th.
The Royals are coming off a six win season in 2013 and will look to improve. Coach Wallace believes the development of the player is far more important then the win/loss column.
