BC Minor Baseball and Baseball BC Coaches Convention Returns!!!

BC Minor, in conjunction with Baseball BC, are very happy to announce the return of the Coaches Convention, set to go February 8th to the 10th at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford.

Regional Coach Certification is being offered, as are great speakers for those with certification already in place.

Coaches seeking certification should register with both BC Minor through the 7inningstretch link above and the Baseball Canada NCCP at http://nccp.baseball.ca  site to ensure credit is received for participation.

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
