  • Psychology of Performance: evenings of Dec 8 and Dec 15
  • Developing Athletic Abilities: evening of Dec 9 and daytime on Dec 10
  • Resistance Training: Dec 10 afternoon/evening
  • Manage a Sport Program: Evening of Dec 16
  • Advanced Practice Planning: evening of Dec 17
  • Managing Conflict Clinic Dec 18
  • Leading Drug Free Sport: evening of Jan 18
  • Coaching and Leading Effectively: evenings of Jan 20 and Jan 21

Prevention & Recovery, plus Performance Planning, may be scheduled for the New Year, dates to be determined or contact PacificSport or Coaches Association of BC for details.

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.

Manday Grooming was started by us (Evan Ward and Shon Noda) out of our mutual need for better hair products great hair products that kept up with our lifestyle.
