2022 Baseball BC - Male High-Performance Coaching Staffs

Baseball BC is pleased to announce the coaching staffs for 2022 male high-performance program. Please see the attached document. We are excited to welcome these coaches to the high-performance program and are confident that with their leadership Baseball BC will provide an exceptional instructional experience for all athletes.

There are a few open positions on the Summer Games coaching staffs in zones 1, 2, 7, and 8. Interested coaches should contact High-Performance Coordinator Kyle Williams (kyle@baseball.bc.ca) for application details. The first qualified applicant will be appointed to these roles.

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
