Please find enclosed a Coaching Candidate Profile Form to be completed by all coaches wishing to be considered for a Baseball BC coaching position this summer or next in the case of the BC Summer Games.

Coaching opportunities include:

Western Canada Summer Games - Fort McMurray, AB – August 2015
Pacific Northwest Championships – Centralia, WA – August, 2015
Northwest Futures Tournament – Seattle, WA – September 2015
Guest Coach at the Boys Provincial Camps - TBA - July 2015
Guest Coach at the Girls Provincial Camp – TBA – August 2015
BC Summer Games – Abbotsford, BC – July 2016

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career. Enabling everyone to reach their full potential in the game of baseball and as an athlete.
