As with many facets in society, the lack of knowledge can be the cause of many inappropriate activities. With this in mind, the PBL & Baseball BC believe that the first order of priority in preventing doping in its leagues is to ensure that we have an education program in place to provide sound and accurate information on these substances to their athletes.

Once the players have had the opportunity to review the information, we hope that they will understand that the use of these products is illegal, have an impact on their long term health, and not a morally sound decision. We hope that will discourage ALL players from use.
