BC Girls High Performance Development Camp

Baseball BC is excited to announce a HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP this summer for FEMALES aged 11 to 17 yrs

National & Provincial players/coaches will provide elite instruction & mentorship.

Certified Professionals will profide sports science & mental training

Registrants receive a shirt, hat, water bottle, hand santitizer and more...

When: Tuesday Sept. 1 to Thursday Sept. 3 (10am-3pm all 3 days)

Where: Whalley Athletic Park (Baseball BC High Perf Partner Association)




Personal Equipment (NO SHARING)

  • Mask (optional, but recommended)
  • Glove, Bat & helmet 
  • Running Shoes or Cleats
  • Suitable Active Clothing (can be shorts if it’s warm, baseball pants or track pants)
  • Sunscreen
  • Water Bottle
  • Lunch & Snacks/Drinks

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
