Effective Friday July 10th Baseball BC is moving to full team outdoor practices within the Phase 2 Return to Play Guidelines

Baseball BC is altering its current Phase 2 Return to Play protocol allowing outdoor practices to increase from 10 players & 2 coaches to full team practices effective Friday July 10th. Reminder, baseball is still in Phase 2 of viaSport’s Return to Play Safety Action Plan which means all Phase 2 etiquette & procedures still apply to baseball activities in BC. Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)

What is LTAD?

Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a systemic approach being developed and adopted by Baseball Canada to maximize a participant's potential and involvement in our sport. The LTAD framework aims to define optimal training, competition and recovery throughout an athlete's career to enable him / her to reach his / her full potential in baseball and as an athlete.
